The Origin of Light
In an era where information is infinite but truth is scarce, Great North AI stands as a compass for the disciplined mind.
We were founded on a singular conviction: the power of Artificial Intelligence is inseparable from the intent of the human who wields it.
Great North is not merely a name. It is a direction. It represents True North, ethical clarity, and the resilience required to navigate the unknown frontiers of technology.
Our motto, Semper Veritas (Always the Truth), is the bedrock of our curriculum. In the rush to automate and optimize, accuracy and honesty are often treated as optional. We reject that premise. An AI system is a mirror of its creator. Undisciplined intent produces dangerous tools. Disciplined intent produces instruments of clarity.
At Great North AI, we do not merely teach programming languages or model architectures. We teach how to reason with data, how to interrogate assumptions, and how to build systems that illuminate reality rather than distort it.
This is the path of the Light Knight.
A Light Knight is anyone who refuses to be a passive consumer of technology. You ask why before how. You automate the mundane to protect the meaningful. You see AI not as a replacement for humanity, but as an exoskeleton for human judgment.
When you join Great North AI, you are not purchasing a course. You are entering an apprenticeship. You join a lineage that values rigor over convenience, truth over speed, and mastery over spectacle.
Whether you are eighteen or eighty, if you carry the desire to illuminate the world, you have a place at our Round Table.
Meet Our Founder
Kiranjyot (“Jasmine”) Gill is the founder of Great North AI. She is a scientist, educator, and systems builder whose work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, scientific integrity, and high-stakes data analysis.
Trained in astrophysics and computational research, Jasmine has spent her career working with complex, noisy datasets where false certainty is costly and truth must be earned. Her research background spans machine learning, signal analysis, and large-scale scientific systems, with experience across both academic research environments and applied industry contexts.
Great North AI was founded in response to a growing gap she observed in AI education: an emphasis on tools without judgment, speed without rigor, and automation without accountability. She built the program to train not only technical competence, but disciplined reasoning, ethical clarity, and respect for empirical truth.
Jasmine has mentored students and professionals across disciplines, helping them move from passive users of technology to intentional builders. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in apprenticeship: learning by doing, questioning assumptions, and taking responsibility for the systems one creates.
She believes AI should extend human judgment, not replace it, and that the future belongs to those willing to build with both precision and conscience.
