Every project at Great North AI must answer a genuine question with honest methods. Below is the standard each project is held to — examples will be published with student and family permission.

The Project Arc

One arc, at every scale.

Whether the student is six or sixty, every project at Great North AI follows the same three movements — the same arc that underlies any real piece of research.

The Question

Not a topic, but a genuine question — one with a real answer the student doesn't yet know, and one that could turn out either way.

II

The Method

How the student finds out: what data, what baseline, what would have to be true for the answer to be wrong.

III

The Outcome

What was found — including what didn't work, what remains uncertain, and what the student would try next.
